Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

• Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
• After 7 days, non-sale items may be returned for store credit.
• Items bought with a Promo Code or Price Adjustment are only eligible for store credit.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

If we made a mistake (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# cannot be accepted.

Promo Codes & Price Adjustments

• Promo Codes (such as the 10% New Customer discount, Anniversary Sale promos, or any special sale codes) may only be used on full-priced items.
• Price Matching is considered a price adjustment and applies only to items that match Bleu’s inventory exactly in size and color.
