Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
- Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
- After 7 days, non-sale items may be returned for store credit.
- Items bought with a Promo Code or Price Adjustment are only eligible for store credit.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
If we made a mistake (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# cannot be accepted.
Promo Codes & Price Adjustments
- Promo Codes (such as the 10% New Customer discount, Anniversary Sale promos, or any special sale codes) may only be used on full-priced items.
- Price Matching is considered a price adjustment and applies only to items that match Bleu’s inventory exactly in size and color.
Shipping
- Orders over $100 get free standard shipping.
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
- Standard U.S. shipping generally arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
