The Selmin crop top is the perfect warm weather style cut from a blue pansy print chiffon. This fitted style features a flattering tie halter neck with ruching down the middle of the bodice. A smocked back finishes off this easy Summer style that is sure to turn heads. Style this top with high waist straight leg jeans and high heels for a modern, chic look.
