The RtA Savanna Top in Black Flower is a cropped, button-up blouse featuring a black and white textured floral jacquard and a pulled back shirt tail hem look, complete with a flattering ruching effect at the waist. Style this cropped button up with high waist joggers and pumps for a sleek and chic look.
